LyfeVest is a secure digital vault designed to help families store, organize, and share critical documents and emergency information with trusted contacts.

The Service is operated by Ferrari Jones Holding LLC DBA LyfeVest, a Georgia limited liability company.

02 Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration data (name, email address, password)
• Profile information (name, contact details)
• Documents and files you upload to your vault
• Trusted contact information (names, email addresses, relationships)
• Communications you send to us
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

• Device type, browser type, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service
• Session timestamps and duration
• Error logs and performance data

Information from third parties:

• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo
• Payment status and subscription information from Stripe

04 How We Share Your Information

With your Trusted Contacts:

Documents and information you explicitly share are made available to the Trusted Contacts you designate. You control all sharing permissions.

With service providers:

We may disclose information if required by law or in the event of a business transfer. We will notify you before such a transfer occurs.

05 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). Access is controlled through row-level security policies.

06 Data Retention

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Documents and files: Deleted when you remove them or close your account
• Activity logs: Retained for 12 months
• Payment records: Retained as required by financial regulations (typically 7 years)
• Terms acceptance records: Retained for the life of your account and 7 years after closure

After account deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

08 Cookies & Tracking

LyfeVest uses the following tracking technologies:

• Session cookies: Required for authentication and keeping you logged in

09 Children's Privacy

LyfeVest is not directed at children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that account immediately.

11 Changes to This Policy
